✥Ingredients✥ for 4 servings

Cabbage: 1/4
Komatsuna: 1
Shavings bonito: about 2 tablespoons
Chopped dried seaweed: about 2 tablespoons
Dashi soy sauce or Ponzu (diluted 2 times): 3 tablespoons


✥Procedure✥(10 minutes)
------------------------------------- 
[1]Slice the core of cabbage thin. Wash komatsuna well.

[2]Boil them separately for a short time. Put it up in a colander and let them cool by funning with Uchiwa

[3]Cut each into bite-size chunks. Put them into bowls separately.

[4]Dilute dashi soy sauce or ponzu. Pour them in a bowl evenly, with tasting. 

[5]Toss cabbage with bonito shaving.
Toss komatsuna with chopped dried seaweed. Dish them up separately.

✍Never boil vegetables for too long.
It is the important point not to lose nutrition and flavor. 
By boiling, you can eat them more. It is also better to flavor them simply as like a salad.
