The Chinese yam chopped into rectangles are crunchy. 
These are mixed with chopped Umeboshi and the taste is so fresh. 
When you are tired from the heat of summer, you had better eat Umeboshi.

The ingredients are Chinese yam, umeboshi, perilla leaf, and Kombu soy sauce

✥Ingredients✥ for 4 servings
Chinese yam: 15cm
Umeboshi: 2
Perilla leaf: 1-2 leaves
Kombu soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

✥Procedure✥(5 minutes)
[1]Remove the seeds from Umeboshi and chop the umeboshi into fine pieces.
You can also add crunchy pickled plum sold on marketplace.

[2]Wash perilla leaves well and chop them into fine pieces.

[3]Mix the Chinese yam with chopped Umeboshi and Kombu soy sauce,
lightly. Sprinkle the chopped perilla leaves.
