Access Online Courses
All GoGetterz’s online courses are on-demand based.
Once membership registration has been completed, members can begin learning via the online courses at their own preferred time.
There is no time limit for most of the courses purchased online. Online courses can be replayed unlimited times once purchased. However, some special courses have a time limit, and the time limit will be stated in the course description.
■Method of attending Online Courses
Once members have filled in their details and selected the payment methods, the purchased online courses will be accessible.
Press the "Play" button on the right side of the browser to begin the online course.
Once members have begun their online course, they may review the course as many times as they wish, to increase their level of comprehension.
Online courses cannot be downloaded.
As online courses content copyrights are held by the experts that provide them, GoGetterz online content may only be accessed via the GoGetterz website.
Experts may provide additional learning material in the online courses from time to time.
For example, in the Excel learning course, sample Excel files may be provided by the expert; and in the musical instrument learning course, sample tabs may be attached in form of PDF files by the expert.
For learning materials attached to the online courses, please download and refer to them when attending the online courses.
Members may take notes while attending online courses.
To download the memo, press the download button and the memo will be downloaded as a CSV file.
Once members have finished the online course, they may mark the course as “Completed”.
Press the “Complete” button under the video to mark the course as “Completed”.
In the case that members are unable to watch the video file, it may be due to the members' unstable internet connections, network errors in the GoGetterz server or error in the video file uploaded by the expert. In this case, error messages such as “Media read error: Unable to find file” or “Media read error: Unable to find plugin” may appear on the black backdrop of the video.
If you are using the Firefox browser, there may be cases where the video is not visible while the audio can be heard. Please use a different browser if such case occurs.
For other types of errors, please attempt the following steps:
・Confirm that you have the latest FlashPlayer installed.
・Delete your browser’s cookies and clear its cache.
・Switch your video player. (Generally, changing from HTML5 to Flash will solve the issue.)
・Update your browser to its latest version.
・Restart your browser.
・Log out of GoGetterz and log in again.
・Set your hardware accelerator to “Off”.
If the issue persists after attempting the steps above, it may be the case that the video file uploaded by the expert is corrupted. In this case, please contact the GoGetterz Support Team.
Adjusting video playback speed
You can adjust the playback speed to be 0.5x, 1.0x, 1.5x, 2.0x, 2.5x, 3.0x, 3.5x, 4.0x of the original play speed.
You may change the video play speed by toggling the clock button on the top left side of the video player.
※There are some videos where the video play speed cannot be adjusted.
Adjusting video quality
You may adjust the video quality if the video is unclear or hard to look at.
For videos which focus on minute details, adjusting the video quality may be useful.
To change your video quality, please your mouse and click on the “HD” button to change its quality.
Viewing video in fullscreen
Please click on the icon at the top right section of the video player to toggle to fullscreen mode.
Some videos may not contain any audio files and will be silent. Some of the course materials may also be uploaded in PDF or powerpoint format.
For videos which seem to ought have audio included, it may be the case that the video file uploaded by the expert is corrupted. In this case, please contact the GoGetterz support team.
■Managing Online Courses
Add/Delete courses in Favourite List
If there are any courses that you like, you may add them in your Favourite List.
For courses in your Favourite List, you may access them immediately after purchase. You may purchase courses that you like by just one click.
By clicking on the “favourite” button of the courses that you like in the course introduction page, the course will automatically be added to your favourite list.
You may delete courses which you no longer wish to purchase from your favourite list. To delete them, go to your Favourite list once you have logged into your account, and delete the courses you no longer wish to purchase from the list.
Writing course reviews
Posted reviews are helpful to other members who are considering to purchase a new course. Reviews written may also includes members’ thoughts about the course as well as messages to the experts. Experts refer to these reviews to further improve their courses.
Reviews also include a star-rating.
You may start writing your review on a course by clicking on the right side of the each course screen.
■Mobile access to GoGetterz
Members may access GoGetterz on their tablets and smartphones.
By using the free time while commuting to/from work or school, members may improve their learning experience.
You may not download online courses to your smartphone and tablets.
As online courses content copyrights are held by the experts that provide them, to avoid copyright infringement issues, GoGetterz online content may only be accessed via the GoGetterz website.
Features such as adjusting video speed and quality is not available on the tablet and smartphone.
■Inquiry to Experts
If you do understand any part of the online course content, you may contact the expert.
In the right section of the course screen, click on the “Q and A” button and write your inquiry to the experts.
（Please not that some course experts do not attend to inquiries about their course content.）

To stop receiving mails from experts and announcement mails from GoGetterz, login to your account and go to “Other Settings” and adjust your mail receiving settings.
Purchasing Online Courses
All GoGetterz’s online courses are on-demand based.
After logging in, click on the “Attend Courses” to start browsing courses which you have purchased. Video type courses can only be streamed, and downloading them is not allowed.
■Purchasing Online Courses
Purchased courses can be replayed and reviewed unlimited times.
・About Completing Payment of Online Courses
Payment for the online courses can be completed via PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Fee amount shown is inclusive of tax.
Multiple purchases of the same course for the same account is not possible.
However, for courses with a time limit, multiple purchase of such courses is possible.
In the case of purchasing multiple courses, payments for each course have to completed separately. Credit card details can be saved upon the first purchase.
In the course description, click on the “Use Coupon” button and key in the coupon code to redeem the coupon.
The fee amount after applying the coupon will be shown in the payment completion page.
Proceed with the payment completion from here on.
■Refund after purchasing online courses
Refund is possible within 8 days since the commencement of online course.
(However, for courses with time limits, refund policy may not be applicable if stated in the course description.)
Key in your account name and email address in the GoGetterz Support Team inquiry and request for a refund.
Please write the reason for the return fee request, so that GoGetterz may use it as reference to further improve our services in the future. However, there is no obligation imposed to write the reason for request.
In the case that the original course fee was charged despite the use of coupons, please contact the GoGetterz Support Team. Key in your account name and email address in the GoGetterz Support Team inquiry and request for a adjustment of the fee as per the coupon.
