Originally, Kimpira is the food of vegetables' hard roots seasoned
with soy sauce and sugar and red pepper.
However today, people can use the soft vegetables like bell pepper.
They can also cook them quickly in a very delicious way.
The ingredients are bell pepper, shavings bonito, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
✥Ingredients✥ for 2 servings

Bell peppers: 4
Shavings bonito: 5 g
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Mirin: 1/2 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
✥Procedure✥（10 minutes）

[1]Wash bell pepper and slice them into 5 mm.
[2]Dry-fry the bell peppers with heated frying pan.
Add all ingredients and keep them roasting not to be browned.
[3]Add shavings bonito. Mix them lightly and take pan off a fire.
✍Dish the bell peppers up in the small bowl and sprinkle red peppers.
The season of kimpira is also liked by children.
You can eat them as a side dish of Obento and adjust the amount of red peppers.
