Kiriboshi Daikon is such a useful dried food that you don't have to cut anymore.

It contains more nutrients than raw daikon and besides is very simple.

It is usually simmered, but this time we are going to pan-fry it lightly and then it's done with oyster sauce.

This food is moderately chewy and tastes different.



The ingredients are Kiriboshi Daikon,Pork ribs, Green onions 

Juice of water-reconstituted Kiriboshi Daikon,Oyster sauce

Sake,Sugar,Soy sauce ,Oil



✥Ingredients✥ for 2 servings

Kiriboshi Daikon: 20g 

Pork ribs:100g

Green onions: to taste

Juice of of water-reconstituted: 1 tablespoon

Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

Sake: 1 tablespoon

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Oil: 1 teaspoon 



✥Procedure✥(5 minutes)

------------------------------------- 

[1]Cut the pork ribs 3-4cm in width.

Likeweise cut the Kiriboshi Daikon 3-4cm in length. 



[2]Heat the Pan.Stir-fry the pork on it.



[3]After the fat of pork get transparent, add the kiriboshi daikon.



[4]When all ingredients are coated with the oil, add sake, 

soy sauce and the juice of water-reconstituted Kiriboshi Daikon. 

Finally give the green onions and stir-fry them. 

When the all ingredients are stir-fried well, then take off the heat and serve.



✍If you soak the kiriboshi daikon too long, it tastes bad.

It is important, to drain it lightly.

The moderate sweet makes the taste mild.
