Expert Account Setting
■For those who wish to register as a new Expert
We would like to express our sincere thanks to you for having interest in creating a course with GoGetterz. Our target customers here in GoGetterz are businessmen and business women with high curiosity and motivation, and proactive in maximising their learning experience. We certainly welcome you to share your expertise and skills to others in the form of an online course. By refering to the “Creating a Course” page, you will understand in the detail what it takes to create a course. Experts have full right to determine the content of their courses, which also means that experts hold full responsibility towards the learning experience of their course members. By using the “Classroom Functions” that is available, experts may continue to improve their courses while getting feedback from their course members concerning the quality of their courses. If you have any questions regarding creating a course, please feel free to inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope you would embark on this journey of sharing your knowledge to others!
■Prohibitions and Correspondance
Experts are responsible for the all the online course contents that they post up, as well as for any deficiencies concerning their content.
Experts who use GoGetterz’s services are prohibited to post up any of the following content.
①Any content which infringe or may hold any ambiguity of leaning towards infringing the Act of Misleading Representations; as well as any items which are judged to be business malpractice. ②Any content that infringes anyone’s privacy, cause defamation, lead to mental abuse, and infringes any human rights. ③Any items that has not cleared its right for publication, or content concerning personal information, copyright or trademark used without permission. ④Any content that infringes or may hold any ambiguity of leaning toward infringing any laws, government ordinance, ministerial ordinance, code or treaty. ⑤Any content that encourages or supports violence, gambling, usage of drugs and prostitution; as well as any content that portrays any racial, religious, gender, occupational, and circumstantial discriminatory elements. ⑥Any content such as sexually explicit content which are considered to have adverse effect towards the wholesome upbringing of children, and content which may lead towards criminal and socially disruptive behaviour. ⑦Any content which may lead to misrepresentation or falsification of information. ⑧Any content which solicits any advertisement, spam mail, chain mail, MLM (Multi Level Marketing) related items that has not be approved by our company. ⑨Any links to other EC sites, e-learning services that has not been approved or deemed unsuitable by our company.   （Experts may include links to their Facebook, Twitter, blog and homepage only on their profile page.）
※ As a base, experts are only allowed to provide teaching and lecturing services to members. Any other for-profit activities are prohibited.

We may freely screen all of any experts’ posted content at any time, even without the prior notice to experts.
In the case that we find any content that we deem inappropriate, we may stop the delivery of an expert’s content temporarily without notice, while we continue to screen the expert’s contents.
If this occurs, we will not be responsible to any damage or deficiencies that may be incurred to the expert and his/her fellow following members.
Once the screening process is complete and if any content is deemed inappropriate, we may contact the expert and request that he/she edits or delete the content in discussion.
In the case that the expert does not comply with our decision and demands, we are authorised to delete any content by the expert as well as remove the expert’s registration details.
In this case, we will not be responsible for any loss, trouble or inconvenience caused by the removal of the expert’s course content.
Users who discover any experts who have posted any contents which infringe any of the listed prohibitions or any contents which are inappropriate may report their discovery to our Report Window. We will then inform the expert of any issue with their content or carry on with the steps mentioned above.
■Operating a Classroom (PC only)
To better grasp the situation of their own course, Experts may use the “Classroom Function”. With this, they can better fulfill the wants and needs of their course members and increase the quality of their classroom. Details on the Classroom Functions are as following:
①Browse Members: You may browse through the members’ information (Nickname, User Display Picture, Course Learning Progress Rate) of a certain course via the “Course Management Screen”. ②Search Function: Search according to Nickname, and Course Purchase Date. ③Rearrange Function: Rearrange according to Nickname, Course Purchase Date and Learning Progress Rate. ④Send Mail Function: You can send mails (Send to all members at once, selective mail sending) to course members from the “Browse Members Screen”. For example, you can send personal mails to a select group of members to encourage them in their learning journey; and you can also send mails with helpful information to our course members. ⑤Bulletin Board Function: The Bulletin Board is where members and experts may exchange questions and answers, as well as where members may have a discussion on any topic. Course members may not only write and browse the bulletin board, but can also “Like” and “Follow” any posts. Via this bulletin board, we hope that members and experts may get to know one another better. ⑥“Correct” function: This function informs you when any members have used the “Correct Function” and has requested for a correction of their work.  （※ Please refer below to know more about the “Correct” function.）
When creating a course, “assignments” can be set within the course curriculum. Experts are required to correct, give advice and feedback to any assignments passed to their course members. We highly recommend experts to give assignments to their students as this would definitely increase the course members’ comprehension of the learning subject. Method of setting up assignments are as following:
- ① Possible to set assignments for each lesson in the course curriculum.
- ② File handling function between experts and course members.
- ③ File format: Video, Audio, Image, Text (pdf, ppt, word, excel etc.)
- ④ Maximum file capacity: No maximum file size.
- ⑤ Browse Corrected Content: Corrected content will not be disclosed to other members.
For those who would like to become “Experts”, you must set up you expert account after you have completed your member registration. Click on the “Account Settings” link on the top right corner of the menu, and complete your account settings. Please fill in your full name, gender, email address, password, country of residence and other information. Please note that registration cannot be completed by a third party, and keying in false information is prohibited.
・Applying for Expert registration
To be an "Expert", you must first make an application. Fill in all the required information and please send in any official identification document that has a photo of the applicant (e.g. driving license, residence card). In the case that an organization is registering, we may require you to submit a registry book.
・Expert Promotional Video
※ The expert registration may not be approved without notification in the case that any of the following items are found applicable.
- ① It was found that, the expert registration is not done by the expert him/herself, but conducted by a third party.
- ② It was found that during the expert registration, some information was inputted incorrectly or had false information.
- ③ It was found that the expert who registered has previously registered but had his/her account removed due to violation of rules.
- ④ Expert registration was done using temporarily retained mail account.
- ⑤ Approving the expert’s registration was deemed inappropriate by UICommons Inc.
※ If any information used to complete the expert registration had changed, experts are requested to inform UICommons Inc. as soon as possible.
※ Experts may cancel their registration themselves in the case that they do not agree with any of the proceedings set by UICommons Inc.
■Compensation for lecture and method of receiving compensation
Experts may freely set the compensation amount received for each course (Courses may be free, and a minimmum of ¥ 100 (Yen) for paid courses). When members pay for the course, members will first have to agree with the course license contract. Details about the compensation allocation and method of transaction are written below.
①Compensation Allocation: 60% of the income from Course Sales = Expert’s Sales; 40% of the income from Course Sales = Commission to UI Commons ②From the 60% of the Course Sales Income, the net amount after transaction fee and system clearance fee (3.5% of Course Sales Income) are charged will be the net amount sent to the Expert. ③“Transaction Method”: You may choose from either methods:   ⅰ）Deposit money to a Japanese Bank account   ⅱ)PayPal
- ※ Any processing fee incurred from both bank account and PayPal account will be charged to the Expert.
④“Time of Transaction”   ⅰ）In the case of bank deposit   The transaction process will be completed according to the following processes: a)The minimum amount needed to complete the transaction is ¥ 1000 (Yen). Transactions can be carried out unlimited number of times as long as this minimum is met. b)Transaction completion deadline is set to be on the 15th day, 2 months after the transaction is applied for. c)For each transaction, a maximum of ¥ 100,000 (Yen) is applied. Only ¥ 100,000 (Yen) will be transferred even if the amount applied 2 months before exceed ¥ 100,000 (Yen). d)If one year has passed since the compensation was registered to an expert’s account and no transaction application was made, the remaining amount will be automatically transferred to the expert’s account.   ⅱ）In case of PayPal:   Transaction completion deadline is set to be on the 15th day, 2 months after the transaction is applied for. ⑤Account Registration: You may complete your registration via the “Manage / Create a course” > “Sales Management” page.

■Managing sales status
After logging in, you may check the “Course Sales History” on the “Sales Management” page. Also, you can export the CSV Data (Sale Date, Course Name, Transferred Amount etc) from the “Sales Management” screen.
