The skin of Inari-zushi wraps vinegared rice and
has so sweet soy-sauce flavoring that you don't need another side dishes.
The beautiful glaze seems also delicious.
The ingredients are rice, fried tofu, toasted white sesame seeds,
dashi soy sauce, water, sugar, mirin, and sushi-vinegar.
✥Ingredients✥ for 10

Rice (or cooked white rice): 5 bowls
Fried tofu: 5 pieces
Roasted light brown sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
Dashi soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Water: 1/2 cups (3.38 fl oz)
Mirin: 1 tablespoon
Sushi vinegar: 5 tablespoons
If you make "sushi-vinegar"
Vinegar: 6 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
✥Procedure✥(30 minutes)

[1]Blanch the fried tofu and drain the water.
Cut it into halves and widen the inside.
[2]Mix 2 tablespoons of dashi soy sauce (sold on supermarket)
with 1 and 1/2 of sugar. In the soup, boil the fried tofu.
[3]Just before taking the pot off a fire, add mirin to glaze.
[4]Add sushi-vinegar and sesame to rice. Fanning with Uchiwa,
fold the sushi-vinegar into the rice.
When add the remained soup of fried tofu to the vinegared rice,
you can flavor the rice.
[5]Stuff the fried tofu with vinegared rice. Shape them and dish them up.
✍Please care for not breaking fried tofu when stuffing.
Sesame makes them aromatic and more delicious.
In Japan, people often put Inari-zushi in Obento.
Vinegared sushi is easy to digest.
When you put some ingredients in the rice, it won't go bad.
So, Inari-zushi is a very popular dish.
