Some people say that the boom of Japanese foods begins with sushi. Sushi is very popular overseas. Using a cling film, you can care for hygienically and cook it easier.
This time we show the way to make Temari-zushi with sashimi sold in packs and easy vinegared rice. You can also serve this dish to guests.
The ingredients are rice, sushi-vinegar, sashimi, wasabi, and perilla leaf.
✥Ingredients✥ for 4 serving

Rice: 500g
Sushi vinegar: 4 tablespoons
Sashimi: much as you wish
Wasabi: dash
Perilla leaf: adjust to suit your needs
*How to make sushi-vinegar
Vinegar: 6 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
✥Procedure✥(10 minutes)

[1]Add sushi-vinegar to warm and a little hard rice.
Fanning with Uchiwa, fold the sushi vinegar into the rice.
[2]Put 2 tablespoons of gingered rice on the cling film. Tighten the string of it to shape like ball.
[3]Put wasabi and sashimi. Tighten the string of the cling film again, softly.
[4]Take the cling film off. Dish them up with perilla or some decoration.
✍When you add ice pack beside Temari-zushi and take the wraps off just before eating,
you can care for hygienically and sushi stays beautiful.
Instead of sashimi, you can use vegetables, avocados, and mushrooms.
That seems also fabulous. Vinegared rice and raw foods help to improve
your digestion and absorption. The combination of foods is so healthy and grate.
You can feel the harmony of a good and gentle taste of Japanese foods and the season.
